Print Methods
Silk Screen:
This method is suitable for printing onto pre-dyed fabrics. Logos can be accurately reproduced using this method. This method is used for the Colonial, Tradewinds and Florida parasols as these models use pre-dyed fabrics. Single colour printing is possible onto stock umbrellas (Colonial) and multi-colour printing is possible for items printed before sewing (Tradewinds, Florida)
Belt Printing:
This method is suitable for the pub umbrella as quantities are generally quite large. The background colour of canopy can be colour matched and complex graphics can be accommodated.
Paper Transfer:
This method can be utilised with all parasols with polyester canopies, however it is standard for the Aluminium and Continental parasols. The resultant print is very bright and the fabric feels soft. Background colours can be matched and complex all-over designs can be achieved.
