This system provides the ultimate in stability and is recommended for all parasols with a diameter of more than 3m round or 3m x 3m square. The system requires the lower part of the base to be buried in a concrete base so this will only be suitable for permanent locations. The added benefit of this system is that a large flat base is not required at floor level.
